What Portland homeowners say

Vasi is absolutely outstanding to work with and I had the best experience from start to finish. His communication is incredibly quick, clear, and helpful. We just bought our first home and were figuring out what flooring would be best. Vasi went above and beyond by helping me get product estimates and walking me through multiple options. The install itself was impressively fast and flawless. I would absolutely never choose anyone else for flooring!

VASI & his team at Flooring PDX were absolutely Amazing! The prompt response to my initial call and time frame was really impressive. My home was built in 1913 and had all of the original hardwood floors hidden under carpet for over 40+ years. Vasi and his team were so meticulous throughout the entire process even getting down on their hands and knees hand scraping parts of the floor. Everything looks incredible.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I hired them to patch in 400+ square feet of hardwood floors where we removed carpet. We also needed their help adding oak stair treads. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and kept the job site very clean. They communicated every step of the way. I am beyond impressed and will definitely hire them again.

Vasi has been absolutely incredible to work with, and I would highly recommend their work!! I bought a house to discover the hardwood floors were in worse condition than anticipated. I contacted 7 floor refinishing companies, only 2 reached back out, and Flooring PDX was more competitive both on cost and schedule. Communication was incredible throughout, including great photos of every step in the process. I couldn't be more happy!!!

Responsive, great communication during the process, and high quality workmanship. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with!

Flooring PDX is great because they are so responsive. I had all kinds of trouble getting other flooring contractors to respond to me but Vasi was always timely and answered all my questions. They did a great job making our floor look like new and they were on time and on budget. I recommend them strongly.

I had the pleasure of working with Flooring PDX for a flooring project in my home, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results. From the very beginning, their team exhibited professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The finished product is nothing short of stunning. Vasi and his team were so communicative and easy to work with. From the initial quote to the finish product it was great to work with them. He talked us through each detail and process so we clearly understood everything. The finish product is better than we could have ever imagined! We definitely recommend them!

Vasi was super easy to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job on the oak and fir floors in our century-old craftsman bungalow. Final price was right in line with what he bid, and when some extra surprises did come up he provided affordable solutions and was clear and upfront about pricing. Highly recommend!

Vasi and his team did an amazing job on our floors! They sanded off an old dark finish to reveal beautiful oak underneath. They put on a clear finish to enhance the light-colored oak. All of the rooms seem lighter now! I highly recommend Flooring PDX!

Vasi and his team are extraordinary, both in communication and work quality. He sent finish examples that prioritized our specific needs, provided clear timeframes, and gave updates at each step. The final product was outstanding and my client and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for dependable, top-tier hardwood craft!

Vasi and his team were amazing to work with. Great communication and spectacular results. I even called with a couple things that needed attention after the fact and he was back within an hour to address it. I would recommend Flooring PDX to anyone who needs their floors done.

We had a great experience with Flooring PDX and highly recommend them! Our hardwood floors needed to be refinished and have some water damage repaired at our cabin near Mt. Hood. Vasi came out right away, gave a quote for a very reasonable estimate, and scheduled the job at our convenience. Very pleased with the quality, price, and how quickly everything was completed.

I had a tight window to refinish 112-year-old fir floors after buying my home and before moving in. Vasi and his team were knowledgeable, communicative, punctual, and super hardworking. I always felt honestly informed (never upsold), and when I wanted to adjust our stain choice, Vasi worked with me on a better solution. I love how the floors turned out!

Vasi and his team did a full refinish of our floors in three days. He was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, providing us with options and information at every decision point. The final results were stunning. If you're looking to have your floors refinished in Portland, look no further.

Vasi did a great job refinishing our kitchen and dining room floors. They were on time, quick to get the job done, and put plastic over the cabinets with virtually no dust. When a small touch-up was needed, they were exceptionally quick to respond. We plan to use Flooring PDX again on other floors.

They did a great job on a refinishing project that others said couldn't be done: refinishing an old top-nailed oak floor. Did great work at a great price, and added on seamless repair work with timely, proactive communication throughout.

We had all our carpet replaced with hardwood and the existing hardwood refinished. Flooring PDX did an excellent job: the old and new wood are perfectly matched with seamless transitions. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Skilled craftsmen and a pleasure to work with.

Flooring PDX installed new wood floors in our bedroom, and they did an outstanding job! The team was professional, friendly, and highly responsive throughout the process. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the room looks completely transformed, and they finished on schedule with zero stress.

Excellent work. They took our 100-year-old orange floors and turned them into beautiful modern white oak. Excellent communication, does exactly what he says, and answered dozens of questions with complete patience. The owner did the craftsmanship himself.

Highly recommend Vasi and his team! He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process, clearly explaining the pros and cons of different options. He even returned on his own time to finish a room that needed an extra buff and oil. First-class craftsmanship.

I called Vasi on Thursday, he started on Friday, and our 1,800 sq ft house was completed by Saturday. Clear upfront pricing, recommended by our real estate agent, and the floors look gorgeous. Clear communication about how to care for them during our move-in too. Highly recommend!
